Please go read the manual (usually linked on the store page) before contacting support. Usually there is an FAQ section at the end of the manual which covers the most common errors and questions.

If you still need support after reading the manual then please write to office[AT]kamgam[DOT]com.

Please include these infos in your request:

• The used ASSET (as I have made many 😉)
• Your exact Unity Version
  Please upgrade your Unity version to the latest LTS release before asking for support. You can find them here. Quite often things are resolved automatically by doing this.
• Your Unity order nr / invoice nr.
  Sadly there is a lot of piracy going on so I have to protect myself against giving support to those fraudsters. If you don't add your invoice nr I may choose to ignore your request.
• If applicable add your used render pipeline (URP, HDRP, Built-In) and exact version (please check the package manager).
• A screenshot or video of the problem -OR- a step by step reproduction guide -OR- a whole reproduction project.
  Fixing errors or helping with problems ALWAYS starts with me trying to reproduce the issue. Otherwise I would be just guessing.
  Ideally you could give me a download link to a simple project that shows the error.
  The more infos you give me the easier you make it for me to reproduce the error and the quicker I can give you an answer.
• If you want to go above and beyond please read THIS article first.
• After your immediate question has been answered please do not ask general Unity follow-up questions. That's what the Unity Forums are for.
  It has happened sometimes in the past. I guess it's because I try to help even if the issue is not directly related to one of my assets.
  However, I am doing this as part of my job (i.e. I need to earn money) and sadly my landlord does not take "I helped someone understand Unity better today" as payment. So, please understand that I simply can not spend all day answering all your questions.
